How long does a screen repair take?
Some screen and battery jobs can be completed the same day when parts and availability allow. Board-level work and data recovery take longer. Confirm the estimate for your device before arranging service.
Do you charge for diagnostics?
Standard repair diagnostics are free. Board-level diagnosis (no power, water damage) is $49, credited toward the repair if you approve it.
Can you get my photos off a dead phone?
Recovery may be possible, but no-power symptoms do not establish the fault or the chance of success. Hardware damage, encryption and access credentials can limit recovery. The $49 evaluation is credited toward an approved recovery.
Do I need an appointment?
Please call or text (614) 532-3353 first. Repairs are currently accepted by arrangement, and there is no public walk-in location.
What's the warranty?
Simple: if a part we installed isn't performing the way it should, we make it right at no cost — parts and labor, for 30 days after your repair.
Do you use quality parts?
We stock quality-graded parts and tell you exactly what's going in your device — with options where they exist (premium vs. budget screens, for example). Everything is covered by the 30-day warranty.
