Diagnostics for standard repairs are always free; the board-level bench fee applies only to component-level work and comes off the price when you approve the repair. Board-level water damage restoration runs from $99; water-damage data recovery from $199.

How long does a screen repair take?
Many iPhone and Samsung screen and battery jobs can be completed the same day. Board-level work and data recovery take longer — you get a turnaround estimate before service begins and a call or text the moment it's ready.
Do you charge for diagnostics?
Standard repair diagnostics are free. Board-level diagnosis (no power, water damage) is $49, credited toward the repair if you approve it.
Can you get my photos off a dead phone?
Very often, yes — that's exactly what the microsoldering bench is for. Phones that won't power on, water damage, even devices other shops declared dead. The $49 bench evaluation is credited toward the recovery, so you know the odds before you commit.
Do I need an appointment?

What's the warranty?
Simple: if a part we installed isn't performing the way it should, we make it right at no cost — parts and labor, for 30 days after your repair.
Do you use quality parts?
We stock quality-graded parts and tell you exactly what's going in your device — with options where they exist (premium vs. budget screens, for example). Everything is covered by the 30-day warranty.
