01 — What we repair
Windows laptops, desktops, and Macs
Cracked and dim laptop screens, dead batteries, charging ports and DC jacks, liquid spills, fans and overheating, SSD and RAM upgrades, virus and malware cleanups, and no-boot troubleshooting. On the Mac side we handle MacBook screens, batteries, charging problems, liquid damage, and — the one others avoid — MacBook keyboard replacement.
When a machine won't power on at all, that's a board-level fault, and the same microsoldering bench we use on phones diagnoses and repairs laptop boards in-house — charging ICs, shorted power lines, liquid-damage restoration — instead of writing the machine off.

Exact price depends on the make and model — call (614) 972-7242 with your model for a firm quote. Every repair includes the 30-day parts-and-labor warranty. Board-level work (no power, liquid damage) starts with the $49 bench evaluation, credited toward the repair.
03 — Why here
The board-level edge, applied to computers
Most computer shops swap parts and stop there. When a laptop is dead, water-damaged, or won't charge after a part swap, they mail it out or call it scrap. We repair those at the component level under the microscope — the same capability that lets us fix phones and consoles others give up on. That means a straight answer on whether your machine is worth saving, and a real repair when it is.
04 — Questions
Frequently asked
Do you repair MacBooks — including the keyboard?
Yes. MacBook keyboard replacement is one we take on when many shops won't, plus MacBook screens, batteries, charging issues, liquid damage, and board-level no-power repair. Call with your model for a firm quote.
My laptop won't turn on at all. Can you fix it?
Often, yes — a dead laptop is usually a power-path or board fault, which our microsoldering bench diagnoses and repairs. It starts with a $49 bench evaluation, credited toward the repair.
Can you get my files off a broken laptop?
Usually — if the drive is healthy we can pull your files even when the laptop won't boot, from $99. If the drive itself failed, that's a deeper recovery we'll quote after evaluating it.
Do you do upgrades and cleanups too?
Yes — SSD and RAM upgrades, virus/malware removal, and overheating cleanups on laptops and desktops. We'll tell you honestly whether an upgrade or a repair is the better spend.
