Failed charging ICs, damaged display and battery connectors, shorted power lines, and boot loops caused by hardware faults.
The bench carries a trinocular microscope, hot-air rework, DC power-supply diagnosis, and board schematics for current phones.

You approve every repair after diagnosis, before any work starts. If the board can't be fixed, the diagnosis fee is all you ever pay — and if the goal is your files rather than the phone, ask about data recovery instead. Completed board repairs carry the same 30-day parts-and-labor warranty as everything else here.

Send us your board work
If you run a repair counter and a device is beyond a parts swap, don't refund the customer — send us the board. We take shop-to-shop and mail-in microsoldering work from around Central Ohio at wholesale rates: charging ICs, connector reflows, water damage, and data-recovery boards. Another shop replaced the screen/battery/port and it still doesn't work. Now what?
That's the classic sign the fault is on the board, not the part. Call or text with the story of what's been tried — it shortens diagnosis, and parts already replaced can often be ruled out quickly under the microscope.
Is board repair safe for my data?
Yes — the goal of board repair is to revive the phone with its storage untouched. Your data stays on the phone, encrypted, exactly where it was.
Is it worth it, or should I just buy a new phone?
We'll tell you honestly at diagnosis. A $99 IC replacement on a phone worth $400 is worth it; the same repair on a phone worth $80 usually isn't — unless it's the photos you're after, which changes the math entirely.
