Start with the device and the problem
- Call, text or request a callback. Give the exact device model, symptoms, what happened before the fault, and any previous repair attempts. Say whether the priority is fixing the device or recovering files. Do not send passcodes or private files through the website.
- Wait for a direct reply. Confirm that the repair can be assessed, current availability, and the handover method, place and time. There is no public walk-in location. Do not travel or mail a device until these arrangements are confirmed.
- Agree the evaluation. Standard repair diagnostics are free. Board-level work and phone data recovery start with a $49 evaluation, credited toward an approved repair or recovery. Confirm which applies to your device before handover.
- Review the findings and quote. Agree the work, total price and estimated turnaround before authorizing repair. Starting prices and timing estimates depend on the exact model, damage, parts and repair queue.
- Arrange the return. Confirm completion, any remaining limitations, the amount due and the return arrangements directly. Keep your repair details for the 30-day parts-and-labor warranty.
Availability and callbacks
Service is by arrangement in Columbus, Ohio and nearby communities. There are no public walk-in hours. Ask for current availability and an estimated response time when you contact us. A saved callback request is an inquiry, not a confirmed appointment or a promise of a callback at a particular time.
Prepare without putting your data at risk
If the device works and is safe to use, make a current backup. Bring or describe accessories relevant to the fault, such as the charger, after confirming what is needed. Tell us about liquid exposure, physical damage and important files before work starts. Do not keep charging or testing a damaged, swollen or unusually hot device.
Discuss any necessary device access directly. You should understand what will be tested or accessed and, for recovery, how files will be returned and when working copies will be removed. Read device-data handling and the evaluation and warranty details.
