No power, charging failure or a blank display can come from the battery, port, display, connectors or board. Diagnosis identifies the cause; confirmed board faults can be assessed at our microsoldering bench.

Frequently asked
My Samsung screen is black but the phone still vibrates. Is it worth fixing?
Usually yes — that's typically a broken panel with a healthy board behind it, which is a straightforward screen replacement. If the board took the hit instead, we'll find that in diagnosis before you spend money on a screen.
Do you repair Pixels and Motorolas or just Samsung?
Both, plus OnePlus, TCL, and the prepaid-carrier models. If it runs Android, call or text with the model.
Will my fingerprint sensor still work after a screen replacement?
On models with in-display sensors we test the sensor before and after the repair and tell you exactly what to expect for your specific model before any work starts.
Before your Android repair
The exact model matters for the screen quote
Galaxy S, Galaxy A, Pixel and Motorola phones use different displays and charging assemblies. Send the full model name or model number from Settings > About phone, the original box, or the device label if available. Include whether the glass is cracked, the picture has lines or dark patches, or touch has stopped responding.
A phone that vibrates with a black screen may have a display fault, but those symptoms alone do not rule out connector or board damage. Diagnosis helps avoid ordering a screen for a different fault. Ask about part options and availability before intake; some flagship panels must be ordered for the job.
Back up a working phone before service. If it will not power on and your files matter most, start with data recovery; persistent charging faults may need microsoldering and board repair. Text the model and what happened to arrange the next step.
