Timing estimates depend on parts, device condition and the repair queue. Confirm availability before arranging intake.
Most console repairs run 1–3 days. 30-day warranty on parts and labor. HDMI, port, and thermal repairs normally do not require erasing storage. Back up supported saves before service when possible.

Why a microsoldering bench matters for consoles
An HDMI port sits on the motherboard with dozens of tiny solder connections — replacing one properly takes hot air, a microscope, and a steady hand. Our port work is handled in-house, with timing confirmed after diagnosis, and if the port tore board traces on its way out (it happens), we repair those too instead of calling the board dead.

Frequently asked
My PS5 turns on but there's no picture. Is that the HDMI port?
Most of the time, yes — especially if the port looks loose, bent, or the cable has to sit "just right." We confirm it in diagnosis before you commit, since the same symptom can occasionally be the HDMI chip instead — which we also repair.
Will I lose my saves and games?
These repairs normally do not require erasing storage, but data preservation cannot be guaranteed. Back up supported saves if possible before service.
Do you fix water-damaged consoles?
Yes — a spilled drink is a board-level job, and the earlier it comes in, the better the odds.
Choosing the right console repair
No picture, no charge, and no power are different faults
For a PlayStation or Xbox with no picture, tell us whether the console powers on, whether the display reports no signal, and whether another HDMI cable and display input have been tried. Visible port damage is useful information, but the symptom alone does not establish that replacing the port will fix it. For a Switch, include whether it charges in handheld mode, displays through the dock, or has visible USB-C damage. For controller drift, identify the controller and which stick or button is affected. These details help separate an accessory problem from work on the console itself.
