03 — Why here
When a replacement part does not solve it
What you're really choosing is what happens when the repair isn't simple: a screen that doesn't fix the touch problem, a battery that doesn't fix the shutdowns, a port swap that doesn't fix the charging. Those symptoms need further diagnosis; they do not prove a board fault. We can investigate with a microscope, power-supply testing and schematics, then explain whether component-level repair is appropriate.
Diagnostics on standard repairs are free, and you get a straight answer when a repair isn't worth the money.

Will I lose my data during a screen or battery repair?
These repairs normally do not require erasing the phone, but data preservation cannot be guaranteed. Make a current backup if the phone works and tell us if recovering data is your main priority.
My iPhone won't turn on at all. Can you fix it?
It depends on the fault. A phone that will not power on needs diagnosis; possible causes include the battery, charging components, connectors, or damage on the board. That's exactly what our board repair bench exists for, and if your priority is the photos rather than the phone, see data recovery.

Screen, battery, or a charging problem?
A cracked display, a black screen and a phone that will not power on need different checks. Tell us whether the phone still rings, vibrates or connects to a computer, whether touch works, and whether the problem followed a drop or liquid exposure. Those details help us discuss the right diagnostic step before you arrange intake.
For a screen quote, include the iPhone model from Settings > General > About if you can reach it. For a battery problem, describe unexpected shutdowns or charging behavior. The exact model and part option determine the quote; a starting price is not a price for every iPhone.
